The Lisbon School Department is seeking a highly qualified certified teacher for the position of Grade K Teacher. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of teaching at the Primary level. The candidate will be responsible for teaching all core subjects and contents areas and experience with the workshop model. A strong understanding of ELA, Math and Science Maine Learning Results, and REVEAL Math experience preferred, the ability to collaborate within and among teams and with parents, experience with planning and implementing Response to Intervention, the ability to establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a supportive learning environment, the ability to organize, track and analyze data to inform instruction.
REQUIREMENTS: Elementary School Certification 020 or 029, valid CHRC.
