MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
(1 Year Position, Federal ESSER III Funding)
The Lisbon School Department is seeking a highly qualified certified guidance counselor. This is a shared Middle School/High School position. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate within and among teams, the ability to establish positive relationships with students, the ability to establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a supportive learning environment, the ability to effectively work with small groups and individuals as needed and other school related tasks as requested by Administration that may be required for the efficient and effective operation of the building. The position also requires supporting staff with integration of classroom-based trauma-informed practices.
Certification Requirements: State of Maine 075 Certification and CHRC approval.
